toddler seamless hybrid_window

This is an early fall/winter sweater for my son. I used Cascade 220 in silver grey over-dyed with many many packs of tamarindo kool-aid for the body/sleeves and azure for the button bands and hems.

I used a crocheted steek to turn it into a cardigan. the sleeves are a smidge long, so it's nice that the hems turn up so nicely. I have yet to decide on buttons!

Peace Fleece Pinwheel blanket--complete!

peace fleece pinwheel

started ~April 5 and finished today, the 24th.
I used Peace Fleece, currently my wool of choice, and US8 needles. I love it! I don't know if I'll be blocking it anytime soon. the edge ruffles a bit and I could probably get an inch or two from stretching it, but who knows. I'm glad I'm done for now.

Peace Fleece Pinwheel blanket

I was recently in a Peace Fleece co-op. I only bought a few skeins with intentions to knit EZ's tomten jacket for my son. before it got here, I decided to knit a pinwheel blanket using some random partial skeins of Peace Fleece I had. when my new PF got here, I had finished my partial balls, so I wound up the new yarn and just decided to use it all in this blanket. I'm slowly, but surely, finishing it with a picot edge. I reached 600 sts. my gauge was ~4sts/in.
